PEPEtides guarantees the quality and authenticity of all products sold.

If you wish, you may submit your purchased product for independent HPLC testing.

Should test results not meet stated specifications, PEPEtides will refund:

• The cost of the product

• Shipping fees

• The cost of the HPLC test

 

 Shipping Policy

Once an order has been handed to our logistics partner, PEPEtides is not responsible for  address errors provided by the customer.

Orders returned due to incorrect address or refused delivery are not eligible for refund or reshipment.
